I got one of those from the Infinite Dungeon, but I'm pretty sure they don't drop as refined. Cool find!

Check your bestiary, I think Tom Thud and Sweeper Stu drops refined Rouge chest and Helm respectively. The normal versions are chestloot.

Checked my beastiary and tom thud drops "REFINED" rouge armor

Here's a comparison between rogue and shadower sets.  Rogue has higher attack and health as well as stun immunity, while shadower has higher
speed and defense.

Refined Rogue Dagger: Finneas Fault
Refined Rogue Shirt    : Tom Thud
Refined Rogue Turban: Sweeper Stu

DAMN! Rogue set is badass man. I've been trying to farm Sweeper Stu but it's quite tedious considering my limited gaming time.
Shock Immune is gonna be awesome in the Grinnfinite Dungeon

Apperently Finneas Fault doesnt drop anything for Kongregate players at the moment, hope this will get fixed so we also can enjoy the full refined set

What's the best way to get them?

I did a mix of Grinnfinite Dungeon and farming the individual named dudes.  Ended up getting two refined pieces from encountering the mobs in the dungeon, while I (FINALLY) got the turban drop from Stu in HF.  I'd suggest farming the dungeon for the set, since you can get regular pieces as well from the chests, and the non-refined/regular version still gives shock immunity for the set bonus.

 I'm working my ass off to farm on SS with that turban in HF.

can someone confirm the location of finneas fault? I have tried halvarian peak 2 and 3 both room 2 but nothing yet? am I looking at the wrong area?

According to the wiki he can be found at Halvarian Peak 3, Room 2. There is a low chance to encounter him though so you might have to come back a couple of times to see him, personally I haven't seem him in his natural habitat, mostly saw him in GD.
